XI. The Budget allocated to each of its agency indicating the particulars of all plans proposed expenditure and disbursements made.

DPL receives its budget allocation from Ministry of Culture through 100% grant in aid in form of Plan and Non-Plan. An Annual Action Plan is prepared every year and duly approved by Delhi Library Board. Like wise Five year plans are also formulated and projections for future are worked out on plan to plan basis. Besides this performance budget, outcome budget are also prepared for each and forwarded to Ministry. DPL does not disburse its budget to other organizations. The Budget statement for the year 2010-11 is enclosed as Annexure-V.
